School Meals
Children can bring a packed lunch or enjoy a tasty lunch cooked on the premises.
Meals cost £2.25 per day unless children are eligible for a free school meal or universal infant free school meal.
All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a universal infant free school meal. Meals are paid for via Parentpay and children choose their meal when they get into class at the start of the day.
The school meals are provided by Caterlink, a sub-contractor of Brighton & Hove City Council and they work together to create the menus which include:
- A variety of red meat and poultry dishes, all to the red tractor standard
- Sustainable fish including omega-3 rich oily fish
- Local free range eggs
- Balanced vegetarian dishes
- Rice
- Pasta
- A wide choice of fresh fruit, vegetables and salad
- Fresh bread, cooked on site daily
Allergies & Intolerances
If your child has an allergy or intolerance, Caterlink will be able to provide a safe and special diet plan for them.
Please complete an Allergy & Intolerance Form and email it to: admin@caterlinkltd.co.uk as well as informing the school about your child's needs. The form can be found on the following link: https://www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/content/children-and-education/schools/school-meals
